  • The official bharat city Facebook page was used to give regular updates on construction progress and any other relevant updates to the customers
  • The page was used successfully spread the third party endorsement value gained from print and electronic media to the customers and beyond in the digital space
  • Regular customer feedbacks (both positive and negative) are addressed to create a positive atmosphere with the customers which is rare in this sector
