Objective:
  • Mega township project in Bharat City – a joint venture of BCC Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. and HDFC PMS needed to keep a regular touch with their customers
  • Happy Days – On occasion of completion of the phase I of the project and reaching 3000 customers a direct customer outreach programme through 360* campaign with online medium playing pivotal role in feedback and lead generation

  • Facebook page – regular updates on progress with the project and customer feedback
  • Happy Days – Microsite and backend DBMS, YouTube Videos, E-mailers, Facebook page to drive the customer outreach and lead generation campaign and lead generation campaign


  • Channels:
  • The official bharat city Facebook page was used to give regular updates on construction progress and any other relevant updates to the customers
  • The page was used successfully spread the third party endorsement value gained from print and electronic media to the customers and beyond in the digital space
  • Regular customer feedbacks (both positive and negative) are addressed to create a positive atmosphere with the customers which is rare in this sector
  • Happy Days : Our team g of creative strategists, audio-visual and digital experts along with direct outreach specialists designed a campaign that utilized both offline and online medium to reach each and every customer to generate a genuine word of mouth from the customers
  • All creative elements were visualized and designed to bring out this feeling through the happy smiley imagery
  • Testimonial videos were made of customers endorsing key USPs of the project like timely delivery and facilities provided at much affordable rate and shared with the larger customer base through social media
  • Each consumer was reached through dedicated microsite with backend DBMS, e-mailers, call/sms, direct mailers to apprise them of the celebrations
  • The campaign not only successfully reached each and every customer individually but also had a desired viral effect as the consumer involved with the videos shared it on their profiles
